Data Retention

Membership enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission. After this period, your data will be securely deleted unless you have become an active member, in which case your data is retained for the duration of our relationship plus 2 years.

  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
