A members' club runs on discretion. Attachai is built the same way: the record belongs to the club, every introduction is agreed by both sides, and a person on your team can step in at any moment.

The club owns the record

Member data belongs to the club. Attachai processes it to run the service for that club, and returns it if the club leaves.

Consent by design

Members choose to be introduced. Every introduction is a double yes, asked privately of each person first.

Human in the loop

Your team sees every conversation and can take over any of them. Bookings, payments and introductions wait for approval at the level the club sets.

Kept apart

Each club's data is held for that club. It is never used to serve another club, and a club is never paired with a competitor.

Payments through Stripe

Deposits and payments are taken in the thread through Stripe. Card details never touch Attachai.

Open about what it is

The concierge speaks as the club, and says it is an automated service when asked, as the law requires.

Who owns the member data?

The club. Attachai processes it to run the service for that club, under a data processing agreement signed before its first member goes live, and returns it if the club leaves.

Is any of it shared with other clubs?

No. Each club's data is held for that club and is never used to serve another club. A club is never paired with a competitor.

How are introductions made?

Only with consent. A member chooses to be introduced, each side is asked privately first, and an introduction is made only when both say yes.

Can our team see and step into conversations?

Yes. Your team sees every conversation and can take over any of them in one click, then hand back to Attachai.

Is Attachai ISO 27001 certified?

Not yet. Our security management system runs on Vanta and ISO 27001 is in programme. We will say so when the certificate is awarded.

How are payments handled?

Deposits and payments are taken in the conversation through Stripe. Card details never touch Attachai.
